I ordered a canon G6 from them on friday, then got an e-mail saying to call to confirm, I was real anctious so I called right away anly to find out that they were closed untill sun, I called sun and the sales rep tried to sell me everything you could possibly imagine, for some reason I didn't think much of it, he convinced me to buy the 5hour battery for $99 as well as a 5year warenty worth $150 that he gave me for $99 with a free carrying case for the camera.... I called on mon to get a traking number and to review my order... they said they didnt have a traking number for me yet and to call back on tue... I called today wed and the sales rep treated me like i've never been treated before! I asked him to review my order and he refused to, I then asked to speek to a manager and he said that he wasnt in, I asked for a supervisor and he told me the same thing!! i then asked for the managers name and he refused to give it to me then said I was making his blood presure go up... I dont see why, i was verry polite and only asked for him to confirm my order.. i then said thank you for your help and he called me stupid *#&@, my mouth dropped, then i found this site.... I then proceded to cancel my credit card and told them that i think i've dealt with a fraud comp.
I called wawa back and instead pressed 1 for sale, i begged the guy to not transfer me to the same guy (i seem to always get him when i press 2) he transfered me to chris, chris was able to tell me what i ordered and he was verry nice! i was surprised. I told him what happened and he appologized, he even had a sence of humor! i hope that i will receive what I ordered with no further problems! they told me 3 times the camera is brand new.... we'll see. im keeping my fingers crossed.....
I advice not to order from them unless you want to get treated like crap and i do mean crap.... ask for chris when you call there, he seams to be the most helpfull so far...
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.. if i had to do it over i would spend the extra 50-100 more for good service!
