I recently installed the WCG200 to replace my current cable modem and allow my laptop to be wireless. The setup was fairly easy however I was experiencing frequent connection losses. I reset the unit and reconfigured it and I'm still experiencing connection drops, about once every 2-3 hours. Did not find any firmware updates for this product either. Linksys Tech support was unhelpful and also rude.
