If your like me you expect most things that are free to be worth exactly that! So what about InoculateIT PE? Well this one blows that theory right out of the water! This has been one of the best anti-virus scanners that I have ever used, and I have used most all of the big brand names. I had trouble with Mcafee and Norton, both of them screwing my computer up beyond repair (literally). InoculateIT is totally different. This program has some really great features and leaves out all the stuff that you don't really need that just slows everything down. I have seen some other reviews about InoculateIT slowing down the computer. The only thing that I have noticed is that it will slow down your start up if you enable the auto scan feature at start-up. You don't have to scan it automatically if you don't want to. If you don't select this option I haven't noticed any difference in the way the computer starts up. I have been using this product for a couple of years now and even though I haven't had many viruses, the ones that I have had it picked right up on them. I have been recommending this product to all my friends since then and none of them has been disappointed as far as I know. I build computers and I always recommend that they download InoculateIT as soon as they get their computer set up, since most people are only buying the computer for the internet. If you looking for a virus scanner you can't go wrong with this one, I mean it's free so if it doesn't work what are you out?
