I Held the Pint Towards the Fierce Afternoon Sun and Said, "Kiss My Glass"

Balanced beers? No way! IPAs are brutally honest, brutally hoppy brews with a luscious bitter hop flavor that makes me think "warm sunshine."

They certainly take a little acclimatizing for most drinkers and that's probably the reason for the Fullers and Samuel Smith compromise. I don't bother with the English IPA's now. I say if you want to make a 40 IBU beer just call it Pale Ale. IPA's should be bitter, like it or not, and loaded with hops. Now I think I'll go get that Stone IPA out of the fridge.

Cheers

I am thoroughly smitten with the title! By far the funniest and most clever in here! As usual, great review.
