As much as I like using the dishwasher, there are some dishes I don't like going in there. Those would be the nasty, greasy ones. With Dawn Direct Foam I don't have to worry about how I'm going to get those greasy dishes done again!
The Product
Dawn Direct Foam comes in a 400 ml/13.5 fl. oz. pump style bottle. The pump can be turned to be locked into place when not in use.
The actual soap is liquid, but when used in the pump bottle it turns to foam. You are only suppose to use the bottle it came in and only refill with Direct Foam refill bottles.
Each pump bottle has 250 pumps. The refills have 590 pumps.
There are 3 scents: Citrus Kick, Fresh Rapids, and Lime Surge.

My Experience with Dawn Direct Foam
I first bought Direct Foam when I got some coupons in the mail for $1 off. I bought the blue one, Fresh Rapids. I have since bought the refill of Citrus Kick.
This is suppose to replace your normal dishwashing liquid when you hand wash, but I find it too strong for everyday use. I was using it everyday when I was hand washing, but it was too strong for my hands.
It may be strong on my hands but it is wonderful on dishes. A while back my hubby cooked some bacon and of course he was left with a greasy pan. He was about to just stick it in the sink with some water, but I stopped him and put 2 or 3 pumps of the Direct foam with a tiny bit of water. Later on he asked me if I had cleaned the pan. I told him I had forgot about it. All the grease was up. The pan just needed to be rinsed off. I never had regular dishwashing detergent work this good.
When you wash your dishes with Dawn Direct Foam you are suppose to squeeze out your sponge before putting the soap on it. The only time you should use a lot of water is when you are rinsing. One or two pumps is plenty enough to get a regular sink full of dishes done. It took me some getting use to not using a lot of water. But you will find that it works a lot better when you follow the directions and not use a lot of water.
The Citrus Kick one is also an anti-bacterial hand wash. I did not buy it for that reason, but I guess it is good to have in case. The Fresh Rapids one isn't a hand soap. I'm not sure if the Lime one is or not.
I recommend trying Dawn Direct Foam. It sucks grease right off the dishes!
I don't remember exactly how much I paid for this but it is fairly inexpensive and lasts a long time. The refills are a money saver and can refill the pump bottle at least 2 times.
