Rotten customer service. Ordered a pair of cleats for my son on Jan 27, 2006. As of 2/11 they had not arrived. The USPS tracking number provided by them does not work in the USPS website, but when pulled up by the link in the email it shows the package as enroute from the mail distribution center 40 miles from my home...on Feb 2nd. I called on the 11th and a human told me I should receive an email stating that my credit card was refunded the week of 2/20. I called and always got disconnected when I selected the option for a representative. If you select the option for orders, they'll tell you that they can't help you. I finally had to call my credit card company and initiate a dispute of charges through them. Emails to customer service at fogdog only result in an automated response. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL..avoid them like the plague!
