Their teas are total junk

This purchase was great disappointment for me. First, they charged me about a dollar more for shipping then it is listed on the site for my purchase amount. Then they say they will ship next day, and it took them three business days to ship, and they shipped only after I inquired about the shipping delay. Then, and it is most important, the teas I bought are bad. I bought some different kinds to find out which one are better. OK, couple of the teas were tasting like junk tea from the supermarket. The rest tasted like they just put some twigs in the bag - totally tasteless. Not one of the teas was even close in taste to the fine china teas you could find elsewhere. The teas were packaged in poorly made plastic bags without tea names printed on them, just price and item number. The bags tea came in looked almost like the bags from other fine tea stores, except they were made from cheap material and ripped and crushed right in my hands.
The only good thing in this order were some rice bowls I ordered. They were exceptionally priced under one dollar each and were in fact nice, and they were packaged very safe.
I do not think I could ever shop at this store again and I recommend to stay away from them if you really love teas.
