Mass Quantities is a name that is often mentioned on body building, fitness and weight loss sites. They have their own house brand of products that are highly recommended by those who are the front runners in the sport. In addition to a nice storefront the site also offers you information on both male and female fitness, building muscle correctly and topics that are often associated with these subjects [acne, loss of libido, cycle closing products etc]. I originally went to the site to order some DHEA for a friend; someone suggested that he add it to his stack to help with his stamina at the gym and to help him fight off viruses when he was recovering. He wasnt sure which brand to go with or what a good price was so I offered to help him out. For under twenty dollars he got a two month supply and according to him, it was the best twenty dollars he spent on supplements since he started weight training.
The website is easy to navigate but it isnt the prettiest thing you are going to come across on the internet. The way I look at it is like this; I would rather have a site that is plain and slightly boring than one that relies on a lot of hype with nothing to back up the products. You get a good bit of information about the items that are listed but if you are a beginner it will pay for you to do some research before you shop at the site so you will know what the going prices are for things. The MQ brand is comparable to the big league hitters so dont make the mistake of buying something that costs twice as much when you can get their house brand for a lot less and have it work just as well. The customer service people know their stuff so if you have questions, call or email them about a product or to create a personalized stack or cycle. All items sold at the site are legal, simply put, they arent selling anything that contains anabolic steroids or items that will red flag you on a drug test for a competition. With that being said, you are the one that is responsible for reading up on the latest information about banned substances. Each federation has their own rules of what can and cant be used prior to a competition.
Products
The site has some of the best products on the market but they really dont do a whole hell of a lot to market them properly. Unless you have some knowledge of how these products work, you might feel a little overwhelmed by the site. If you are new to fitness, weight lifting or body building there are some primer sections at the main page that you should read first. For those who arent new to the wonderful world of sports fitness nutrition, youll find products like Advanced Formula Triple Threat, MQ DHEA, Volumex, Fury, Tribulus [best price around - $14.97] and Noragen [the replacement for Norabol]. For cutting fat and weight loss they have both XLA and XLA Sport [to me they are knock offs of the Stacker 3 XPLC]. These are just a few of the products that Mass Quantities carries, be sure to check the website for new items as well as specially priced products.

Shipping Fees
Items are calculated according to weight and distance; they arent the least expensive but they arent the worst. When I ordered Triple Threat [a meal replacement product] from them the shipping charge was $10.15 for ground service. That is a little higher than I expected it to be but I didnt have any other option so I paid it but I wasnt all that happy about it. They do have a free shipping promotion but there are some string attached. You have to purchase select items [a hundred dollars worth] to get it and even then they tack on a four dollar service charge for the packing materials.
Payment Options
You can pay for your order using your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or The Discover Card. Personal checks are accepted however you will have to wait for them to clear their bank before your order is processed and shipped. If you want to pay with a money order, call customer service to see if they are offering this option. This wasnt available when I placed orders [from the provided selections] so it may be something that they dont want to bother with or dont advertise at the site.
The Bottom Line
If you want to make the most of your purchase consider getting a large order together with your friends; you will still have to pay the four dollar handling fee but you could qualify for free shipping. They say that this is a limited time offer but its been up at the site for a long time so I dont think its going to disappear any time soon. The house brands are a good bargain if you know exactly what you are looking for and customer service is always helpful if you have questions about something. They dont list their return policy but its pretty much the industry standard; call for an RMA [return merchandise authorization] number, keep your packing slip and make sure you send it with a delivery or signature confirmation. If you do need to make a return call them first to make sure that it is something that is returnable and what the details are, it will save you a lot of time and hassle. I have no major complaints about Mass Quantities and while I dont shop at their site on what I would call a regular basis, when I have done business with them, theyve sent orders quickly, correctly and billing was exactly as quoted in the confirmation email.
As always, thanks for the read!
