I also am a Verizon consumer, not employee who changed from dial-up to DSL & love it. BUTTT, it seems to me lately that Verizon is trying to squeeze every last nickle out of me that they can! They eliminated the FUSF charge & then said they were going to implement a "supplier charge" which basically amounted to the same thing. THEN they must have gotten some flack, so they said they weren't going to do that & now the latest kicker is that they are implementing a $1.99 charge for the sensible minute plan which here-to-fore has been free. Now what's next! It appears that they are driving me ever closer to an alternate cost comparative provider.

Bravo RachaelMM! It's not often I hear an employee give an honest critique of the company that feeds their family.

I have had my share of positive as well as negative experiences with Verizon, and I tend to agree with you, 99.99% of the representatives are nice and helpful.

Much better than AT&T or some other companies I've tried. I STILL can't seem to get thru to a human being at Sprint.

Keep up the good work and I hope that if I ever have to call Verizon, I have the pleasure of speaking with you!
