I will keep this brief.
I ordered for Valentine's Day on Jan. 30th. 3 dozen roses. Valentine's day comes and the flowers weren't delivered until after 3pm, while everyone else in my wife's office (works in NYC) got theirs from FTD in the morning. Ok, so 3pm, a little late, but not worth complaining about.
Well 2 days later, her 3 dozen are wilted so I complained to FTD (through website because customer service is completely unreachable). I never had a response, but the florist called my wife to ask about dead flowers and arrange another delivery. My wife had to arrange for delivery of her own flowers! The 2nd delivery was made and 3 days later, same thing, roses are dead.
I paid $190 with delivery charge for 5 days worth of roses that came late and my wife had to do some of the work. Never again FTD. Never again.
