Excellent Customer Service! I purchased a TV from J&R; however, in the internet under another site it stated Free Shipping but when I went to order the TV, it was charging for Shipping. I called their Order Desk and they explained that they do not advertise on other websites but understand the situation. They immediately reduced the price of the TV to compensate for most of the shipping charge.
