I bought a Canon Digital Rebel XT. I did a lot of research and was skeptical of buying from a company that doesn't have a local location I can go to if I have problems. So I called Buydig first to double check with them about the contents of the package since they said it included a 256mb memory card. The camera was already priced below most stores and priced the best among other stores with decently good customer reviews, but the card being included sealed the deal. Anyway, the guy on the phone was friendly enough, if only lacking the kind of chipper plastic like service we've come to expect from larger corporate companies. Diction and grace aside, the man on the phone was helpful and indeed assured me that the camera included a memory card as a promotion. The camera came promptly in the mail, but was just left on my doorstep. That was more of an issue with the shipper I suppose. Anyway, I opened the box and alas, no card. So I emailed Buydig and asked about the missing item. I recieved no response after a couple days but then I got a shipping confirmation email from Buydig and a few days later I received the card. But it was a 512mb card, not a 256mb card. Nice of them to upgrade me for the trouble. Overall, I would have to say I recommend the company.
