This was the most awful experience of my life! I ordered a camera from this "company" on Saturday. I recieved a confirmation e-mail asking me to call and confirm my order. Monday morning, I found this site and read all the terrible reviews, but I thought I would call anyway and see what happened. So, I called and the man that answered the phone didn't say his name or the company's name... which is really sketchy. I told him I needed to confirm an order. He said he needed to transfer me... and then came back on the line pretending to be another person. He made small talk, saying how nice my camera was and what not. He then told me that the battery that came with it wouldn't last very long and didn't I want to buy an upgraded one. I said no. He then asked me if I wanted to buy a memory card. I said no. THEN he told me that the model I was purchasing was refurbished and that they don't guarentee the condition of the refurbished models and I couldn't return it if it didn't work, and asked me if I wanted a new one for $75 more. At this point I knew all the reviews were absolutely true, so I said no and that I needed to cancel my order. He said (direct quote) "You're order is cancelled, stupid b*tch." And hung up. I got an e-mail confirming it was cancelled. Then, a week and a half later, mysterious charges started showing up on my credit card. By the end of the day there was over $1000 worth of charges that I am in the process of disputing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN!!
