Read my review and avoid at all costs

This is the worst experience I have had while buying items online. I have been an Internet shopper for well over ten years and this one takes the crown. I ordered a new item to be shipped within 24-48 hours.
72 hours after completion of purchase I still had no tracking number for the shipment. I decided to call their customer service number, big mistake - a 45 minute hold time to be presented with a high pressure sales guy that wanted me to upgrade the accessories and warranty on the product that I had bought. when I declined his offer he stated that the order would ship next day.
Three days later, still no tracking number. So, another call to the customer service number. Again after an approx. 30 min wait a friendly lady responded to my request for more info. with "As I am sure you are aware we are on back-order for this model" - Ahem - no I was not aware of this. Anyhow, she re-assured me that once they were in stock the order would be shipped "Express".
7 Days later I receive an Email stating that my order has been shipped. Upon entering the tracking info. in the FedEx web site it appears that it has not shipped "Express", in fact I was to expect delivery in seven days!!!
10 Days later, a welcomed package is signed for from FedEx. Sure enough everything is there as advertise, however there is one problem.... The camera is DOA. This is a Saturday and whether the retailer is Jewish or not I don't know, but they don't conduct business on a Saturday. Sunday I call them - sorry "our customer service works 9-5 EST Mon-Fri, this is an 'after hours' sales line".
Monday I call again, I receive an aggressive response from customer service stating that I should contact the manufacturer for support, this I duly did and Nikon decided that the product was in fact faulty.
Against the 3 day replacement terms of the sale the retailer then stated that they would have to send the item away for repair.
This was not satisfactory, I contacted the manufacturer and they are now in the process of fixing this faulty unit.
In retaliation to my complaints this merchant then stated that I had not paid them for the product although I have bank statements and an invoice to prove otherwise.
This retailer just wants to move boxes and will not even comply with the terms of their sales. A big thumbs down.
