...to write my own review regarding children and their responses to horrible actions. Not the same angle...but still, you inspired me. Thanks for a good review; glad you wrote it.

That we can't blame a single religious group or country for the terrible tragedy that occurred last month. Through seeing recent talks by such leaders as Lech Walesa, Bill Cosby and Norman Mineta, I'm beginning to understand this now more than ever - and it's a crucial concept to understand on a large, diverse college campus.

Thanks for writing such a clear, intelligent review. Good luck in the healing process.

...always refused to use the titles of manipulation like "African American", "Native American", "Japanese American", etc.

If you live here and are a citizen, you are an American- a citizen of the United States. If you do not want to live here, then go live in another country and adopt their name and title.

There has been so much effort to divide us all by race, and any other means, but we need to be truly united as you pointed out.

It is also important to realize that people still are grieving. So many are sighing and impatient with others who still are bearing the burdens.

You also pointed that out well.

Enjoyed your editorial, you made some good points.

so strongly my reaction that morning. I kept wanting to go back to bed and wake up again and find that this was just a nightmare. Denial, I guess, and depression for weeks. So just imagine what it must be like for those who lost someone. I can't imagine.

I loved your review. Now I wonder what to do when I hear others say prejudicial things. That's hard for me to tell them what I think, but I will strive to do better. If we remain silent, they'll think we agree with their awful remarks, won't they?

God bless and thanks,

It is hard to explain all of the events of that horrific day to small children isn't it? At first I thought I was lucky because my 4-year old didn't ask too many questions, I thought he was too young to be touched by this. Boy, was I ever wrong. He demonstrated the terrorist act with his legos while I stood there shocked by what he obviously had taken to heart.

Great job on this, I enjoyed the read.
