I used this company some time ago and had to cancel the order and miss the person's bday, because they couldn't deliver when they said they would. So shame on them.
I forgot about my bad experience with them and ordered again flowers from them the other day, next day delivery. At no point in time were they able to tell me what the status of the delivery was. They promised to call back and let me know and never did. The flowers were delivered not the next day but the day after. So this time shame on me.
Today it was impossible to get thru to urbanflorist.com on the phone and they don't respond to emails.
I don't know what kind of business the owner, Alif Somani, thinks he's running, but the BBB in Canada ( http://www.bbbvan.org/company_search.php ) and the US list urbanflorist as having an UNSATISFACTORY RECORD.
