Terrible customer service; Extremely inept and disorganized.

Terrible experience. Would never shop here again. They are extremely disorganized, and the customer service is horrible. Definitely not a service oriented place. Don't know how they survived in this business so long.
Reasons why I would never recommend this place to anyone:
1) Never sent me a confirmation email for an online order (even after the claimed 48 hour email confirmation)
2) Cancelled an order by themselves without ever telling me the reason (the credit card used was issued at a "foreign bank").
3) When I ordered it for the second time using a second credit card (AMEX), AGAIN did not send me a confirmation email.
4) I called them to find out what happened to the order, and was informed that they're waiting for me to give authorization from AMEX.
5) They LOST the order (even after giving them all my information) and claimed that they were not able to find it. Abt then tried to have me order the grill for the THIRD time - after I gave my credit card number once AGAIN, they told me that the grill was now discontinued and they no longer had it. I did not want to deal with them at this point, and I ended up ordering the grill from another company.
7) Two weeks after the original order, got a phone call from a delivery company for the grill from Abt Electronics. When I called them to find out what's going on, AGAIN, they were not able to find the order.
8) After talking with the manager, she was able to finally find the order after she asked for our credit card number. We told them we don't want the grill - and was told to talk to the "manager."
9) Tried to explain the whole situation to the "manager" (Amanda) AND her "supervisor" (Anita) who were argumentative and were not helpful. For example, when I told Anita that she was the 10th person I talked, she curtly replied, "well, it says on our record that you only talked to three people," to which I said they probably lost those records along with my order. They finally agreed to refund the grill, MINUS the shipping charges. I said that I would not pay for the shipping or the item, because it was THEIR MISTAKE. She said that then she will have to transfer my call to shipping, where I will have to explain the entire situation for the FOURTH TIME. I became extremely exasperated, and told her that I will simply be disputing the charges with my credit card company, which is what I should've done in the first place.
This is what should've happened:
1) They should've sent me an email saying that they had to cancel my original order.
2) They should've sent me an email saying that the order was on hold.
3) They should've sent me an email saying that the order did go through.
4) They should've never lost the order.
5) They should've APOLOGIZED for doing all of the above, instead of blaming the customer. For example, she indirectly accused me of not giving the right information (phone numbers) or having my SPAM turned on for my email. I am a physician, and I think I'm intelligent enough to know my own phone numbers and to set my email settings so I will be able to receive these emails.
6) If Abt is too cheap to refund the shipping charges, they should take it out of the pay from the person who told me that my order did not exist. I should NOT have to pay for their mistakes and their disorganization. I am not even asking for compensation for all the trouble I went through.
I would advise against doing business with these people at ALL COSTS.
