Purchased a HP/COMPAQ storage unit from Sillworks. The product was advertised as new. When we received the product it was in a broken/beat-up box and the unit was obviously not new. After many promises of a RMA number they offered to reduce the price which I refused. They then claimed they tried to contact us to issue the RMA.
Having been in business for 17 years we have never encountered such lousy service, do your self a favor, avoid this merchant and its deceptive advertising.
