My first order from Beach Audio. On 2/6/2006, I ordered an Audio Technica AT-PL 120 turntable after comparing store reviews, prices, shipping rates, and availability at several other websites. Please keep in mind a turntable is a limited production item. Store emailed me the next morning stating item was no longer in stock and on back order. The email also stated that I could cancel the order at anytime prior to shipment. I called the company, and was given an approximate shipment date of 3/11. Since all the other stores from which I would order were also out of the item, I decided not to cancel the order. On 3/22/2006, received email stating item had shipped and would arrive on 3/28. Item arrived on 3/27. Checked the other websites and found some of them still reflected the item as back ordered. I'm very pleased with my shopping experience at Beach Audio. I was impressed with the fact the store immediately informed me the item was no longer in stock, gave me an option to cancel the order, and also kept me abreast of the status of my order. Another plus factor is that Beach Audio is a member of the Better Business Bureau. I WILL DEFINITIVELY ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!
