Thank you for your comment. Yes, we were very nervous. We checked out their return policy and made the purchase with a major credit card, which could cancel the purchase if the item was not as advertised. Also, you do get the GIA grading certificate. And, we did take the diamond to an independent appraiser, just to verify we got what we paid for. We certainly did. Mondera is a first class act.

I was only missing information related payment and return/exchange policies. Also, if you could give just a tiny bit more information about how FedEx screwed up your order and what exactly the store did to make up for it, that would be incredibly helpful to nervous buyers.
