Untrustworthy, slow as snails, poor Ethics!

Ordering was no problem, it actually getting your order that is proving to be difficult. The company cannot be trusted. I ordered on the 13th of March and received an email of shipment on the 15th. It is now the 3rd of April (2006) with no sign of order arriving. Upon calling them I offered them three choices: Give me a refund, re-send my order, or I call the BBB and Consumer Protection. Of course they offered to re-send it and when the CS checked the tracking, she tells me the tracking stopped on the 24th of March. I tell her that the website says there is no tracking available and I am told that that is a problem with the website they have been having for quite a while...Hummmm don't cha think it's time to fix that? Or is that a convenient way to rip off customers? Then the CS tells me that if they happen to both arrive to call them so they could send me a return label to send the other back to them with. WHAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?! I nearly fell backwards in my chair! Any reputable company would have offered up the late shipment as free to the customer for inconvinence of having to call about never receiving it the order and having to wait such an unreasonably amount of time! Unbelievable! If both happen to arrive, you better believe I'm keeping them both. Crock-O-sh*t!

They just sent me an email and said that thier second attempt to send me my order, just shipped...FOUR DAYS after I called to report the order never arrived and that was after thier suggest 15 day wait time to report an order missing. They are gonna keep me waiting for another, upwards of, 15 days. I will never shop there again and would never recommend them to anyone.
