Fraudulent business practices; Tons of issues getting money refunded while no item was shipped.

Extremely disgusted by their service. Horrible customer service, slow processing, I suspect fraudulent sales practice. I placed an order, they said it was shipped, no item was shipped although they gave me a tracking number. I checked with DHL and the supervisor said that they generated a tracking number but they never gave them anything to ship. I called customer service to find out what was going on. They told me well it wasn't shipped out but will be shipped the following day. I called back to check twice (both at beginning and end of business day) and no item was shipped. I called again two days later still nothing. I requested a cancellation of the order. The customer service agent that refused to give his name was very nasty, told me the order was cancelled and refused to give any confirmation of that. He then hung up on me. I called the following day and spoke to David who then supposedly straightened it out and apologized profusely. He then "Cancelled" the order and sent me an email stating the order was cancelled and the credit would be processed by their billing department and we should see it reflected within 24/48 hours. It is now almost a month and no credit has been issued. I had to file a dispute with the BBB and the Credit Card company. When I spoke to David again today he said he was sorry and they would issue the credit. I very much doubt that. The company is probably selling items to customers that they don't have. They advertise great prices but the items are evidently not there. Customer service other than David was horrible and they seemed to be annoyed to do their job. UPDATE 4/26/06:
Just so you know it has been almost two months since the initial purchase and almost as long since we were supposed to have our credit issued by Plasmabay. I still have yet to see that credit. Thankfully I had documented all of the problem and the credit card company is now handeling it for us. I had contacted Plasmabay on 4/10/06 to question why our credit was not issued and the agent David told me well it says that they might ship the order. I told him I have the confirmation of a cancellation and it states that a credit was to be issued to my credit card and we still have nothing. I was then assured after David spoke to his supervisor that the credit would be issued before the close of business. Well 16 days have passed and there is no credit. I would never recommend them to anyone. If I were you and contemplating purchasing a plasma...pay the couple bucks extra and get it from Crutchfield.com.
