The VeriSign logo on their website is fraudulant! It should be a link to VeriSign's website, it's not. My husband knows people at VeriSign through his work and will be letting them know. Your information is not protected!
Also, these people have at least 70 complaints with the New York BBB. Check out the website, there are many complaints that they don't even acknowledge.
I have to agree with the people here. HORRIBLE service. They were very rude and pushy. I wanted to order a new Canon A610. When I called to confirm the order (which I thought was a little weird) They began pressuring me to order memory from them at a WAY inflated price. I refused after telling my husband what they said. The price dropped and I still refused. He wanted to throw in a camera bag and I still refused. He then told me that my camera did not come with memory. WHAT?!?! The factory includes it in the package. The he asked me if I wanted the refurbished camera or the new one. WHAT?!!? There is NO indication on their website of refurbished merchandise. I asked him what the price of the new one was and it went up $50. He still pushed buying inflated memory. I was telling my husband the prices they kept throwing at me and at one point he coughed indicating that I should tell them no. The guy on the phone asked why my husband was barking. I said, "He wasn't." The guy took the phone away from his mouth and I heard him tell a co-worker what he thought he heard and they started laughing! He asked me again why my husband was barking at me and I told him that was not his concern, he was talking to me, not my husband. I then asked him to cancel my order. By now, I was flamin' mad. DO NOT order from them. Save yourself the trouble, their prices look great, but it's not worth it.
