I placed an order with wawa for a canon A700 digital camera with wawa. I received an e mail the the following day and spoke with someone who was supposedly confirming my order. He went on to ask why I didn't purchase an additional memory card and went on to give me the exaggerated prices for his memory cards. I told him that this was my first digital and that if I decided I needed more memory I would purchase it later. His response was"I'm not going to put up with this sh--. Your order is canceled!". I said "What?". He said "you heard me, your order is canceled". I then asked that he send an e-mail confirming the cancellation. He replied,"this call is all the notice you will get". I subsequently received an e-mail stating that they were out of stock on the item I ordered. Basically, they refused to honor my order because I wouldn't buy one of their overpriced memory cards. The following day I had to cancel my credit card due to someone trying to perform a money transfer with my credit card info complete with the security code. I question the juxtaposition of my ordering from them and the attempted illegal/unauthorized use of my credit card. You can decide!
