Today we got the ultimate epinion for Cyberrebate. They have declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy as of 10 AM EST in the Eastern District of New York . Most of the staff have been fired. The free rides on the internet are gone. Wonder if you are going to get your rebate? Quote from their web site.
"More information will be available once the bankruptcy process gets underway. Customers will be contacted regarding their rights and remedies."
Business plan? Charge too much, invest the money, make the paper work hard to fill out, and then hope that a bunch of the purchasers either neglect to fill out the paper work or make a mistake doing so.
I don't think anyone but the lawyers will get anymore out of this company.
