Pros:None.
Cons:You name it.
The Bottom Line: Once you've signed up...it's over. Welcome to cell phone hell...

I originally went with Sprint PCS because I was traveling extensively for my business and my cell phone bills were racking up rather quickly.

At first, it seemed like a great plan. Call anywhere in the US for no roaming charges as long as you are in the Spring PCS caller area..

However, they no longer have live representatives to speak to you if you have problems. As a matter of fact, 9 times out of 10 their website will give you an error message if you try to send email correspondence concerning the service problems you encounter.

To put it in a nutshell...Sprint sucks. I also have Sprint as my current long distance provider..I plan to get rid of them for both my long distance as well as my cell phone.

I can truly say that Sprint has provided me with the worst customer service as well as actual service that I have ever had.

If you really are smitten with the Sprint PCS network and whatever BS they are offering, you really need to ask someone who is a current subscriber. They sell it well until you become a member. Once you subscribe, you'll never speak to a rep again. You'll get plenty of voice menus that take you nowhere.

I'm really disappointed because of what my Samsung 3500 cost me. $150 for the phone plus the monthly dues. One would think they could speak to a rep if they had problems...not so with Sprint PCS. As a matter of fact, if you try to send customer service a message via their website, you'll probably get an error message.

I doubt you'll find worse service than this. I hope you don't!!

My advice..steer very clear.

They've already removed the *4 and *2 features that link you directly to a rep. Now they link you to the BS messages that will eventually take you to cell phone limbo. I shudder to think what would happen if I truly needed to talk to a rep if I were in trouble. I might as well light a fire and send up smoke signals since my response would be just as fast.

Stay away!
