Friendly, great selection, great prices, not scammers.
I went to B&H's online store after having the worst experience buying a digital camera online (NEVER BUY FROM WAWA DIGITAL). The difference was like night and day. B&H was friendly, knowledgeable, and legitimate. The person I spoke with on the phone picked the best used camera of the type I wanted that they had in stock (9+ rating and it had a free case with it). In a matter of minutes, I had confirmed that the camera (even used) came with all the original manufacturer's parts (Watch out for other stores that don't) and would be delivered quickly and with minimal shipping and handling charges (only $9.35 s/h for a $250 camera). Thank you so much, B&H! Great company!
