Best Price Audio Video had a great price on the item I wanted. After checking the other low priced sellers I found 2 sellers selling at a low price because the items were refurbished. That left BPAV and the other store. I read reviews on both stores. I then checked with the BBB. The other store had hundreds of complaints filed during the past year. Best price Audio Video had 2 filed within the past 3 YEARS and the complaints were trivial in MY OPINION. So I placed my order on a Saturday. Almost immediately received an order confirmation e-mail. Thought to myself, "I'll probably have this friday". On monday evening I received the ORDER SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION e-mail as well as tracking #. On tuesday I checked the tracking # and discovered it was scheduled to be delivered THURSDAY. On thurs. it arrived and in good condition. ( 1 or 2 mars on the outer packaging due to UPS, nothing to be concerned about ). Item was exactly as described on BPAV's site. I am completely satisfied with this ordering experience and will do business with them again.
