I definitely think the product is worth the price though, considering it always works better for me than some other brands. But I can understand some avoiding it because of the price if they can't afford it.

Nope, no kids. But I think I would still rather do ten loads of laundry before cleaning toilets. I honestly don't mind it, but I do think I would mind it more if I did have kids.

In periodic ratings of laundry detergents Tide is usually at or near the top in ratings by Consumer Reports. It is an excellent product but, as you noted, usually a little pricier than the competitors.

Do you have kids? I didn't think so from the comment about your laundry not getting that soiled but if you have kids....
I think when you have a few kids (we have 3 young children 10 (twins) and 12) and that washer is going CONSTANTLY! :-) When I was single and then married but before kids even as a guy I didn't mind doing laundry. Now? UGGGHHH!

It's probably one of the few products that's as good as it's supposed to be. I'm usually a skeptic when I see big claims on TV ads regarding a product's "goodness" but Tide actually really is that good!

Hmm, I never thought it was that strong. I guess different people are sensitive to different scents. Sorry you didn't like this product but the regular Tide works just as well in my opinion. :-)

When I inadvertantly bought this instead of Regular, I gave the entire $10.99 bottle away! It is way too strong for me.
My relatives that smoke love this scent on their towels.
