Fox Creek is a family owned business located in the state of the Virginia. They offer jackets, vests, chaps, gloves, saddle bags, and other leather motorcycle accessories. The leather clothing they offer is available both for men and women in all varieties of sizes. All of their jackets, vests, and chaps, come with a lifetime warranty. All of their products are made in the USA as well.
I was a little bit leery about ordering my chaps from an online store, due to the fact that I would definitely have preferred to be able to try them on before purchasing them. Fox Creek Leather made it very easy for me to get the correct size by offering the proper instructions for my custom-made chaps. All I needed to do was follow their directions for measuring my waist, thigh, and outseam.
After I ordered my chaps, I was very pleased with the speed at which I received them. Fox Creek Leather uses UPS for all of their shipping, and I received my purchase within four days. Shipping with Fox Creek is free (within the continental U.S,) with your purchase, and most orders ship within 24 hours. Payment is easy, as they accept most major credit cards.
Fox Creek Leather also offers a no hassle return policy. You are able to send back your purchases for exchange or refund within 30 days with no restocking fee. After 30 days, they charge a 20% restocking fee. Their web site states that the customer must pay for return shipping.
I found that the product I purchased was made with quality leather. If you are interested in checking out the leather for yourself before a purchase, Fox Creek will send you a sample of the leather that their products are made from.
I found Fox Creek's web site very easy to navigate. It was very easy to find what I was looking for, as well as see what other products that they had to offer.
Overall, my purchasing experience with this company was very good. The product I purchased was very nicely styled, and good quality as well. I would definitely buy from Fox Creek, again.
