I ordered my item back on March 12th and was later sent a confirmation of my order and told that it was on backorder until April 15th which was not a big deal. I emailed them on April 14th when I noticed the item no longer said on back order on their website. I received no response so I emailed again on April 19th when the item showed on back order until May 31st. I've emailed two more times and tried calling their 800 number twice -- still no response. I truly don't mind it being on back order until May 31st but I would have liked to have received a notification of it being a longer wait and I would love to have someone there answer my emails and phone calls!
