Poor product, poor customer service. Would not sign up again.

Major problems with voicemail service. Customer service poor to non-existent. Well publicized problems with 911 service using internet phone service. I would definitely NOT sign up for Vonage again, knowing what I know now. Sure the price is good, but you pay for it in loss of service and the incredibly problematic voice mail system (not receiving voice mail messages that have been left).
