Ordered from 1-800-FLOWERS.com for the first time for Mother's Day. Flowers did not get delivered. Did not notify me that they did not get delivered. Blamed UPS for the problem. I sent an email complaint to customer service and got a useless response. I called customer service, and finally got through after 20 minutes on hold. They offered to give me a 20% discount on a new order or to get a "store" credit. What an insult! I told them to give me a full credit on my credit card. End of story - end of future orders from me.
