I have never written a review on anything or any store before, but now I feel like having some form of outlet for my frustration. I have spent well over $10.000 at Music123 during the last year and a half, and I have never seen such poor customer service. I ordered a Gibson J-45 and a Les Paul Standard. The latter has neck-problems, and no luthier seems able to fix it. I suspect it was an open-box guitar since the package wasnt sealed. Then I ordered a Martin D-28, and I stressed the fact I wanted one without a pickup. I received the one with a pickup. I spent two months (!) mailing them twice a week, asking about how to return it. When they answered, it was too late to return the guitar. I also ended up paying shipping on an order for $4500 when it should have been free. I have also paid more for products than what was agreed over the phone. Now Im planning on buying a couple more guitars, but they dont answer my mails. On serious questions about which guitar to chose, they give answers like theyre both fine guitars. Youll be happy with either one. Ive had it with these guys, and Im trying to find a better shop.
