Pros: The jest of the book can be found in the introduction and first 2 chapters.
Cons: Most of the book is just filler
The Bottom Line: Stop at Barnes and Nobel and read the intro and 1st couple of chapters and you will have all you need to know. The rest is just filler

| bajuhe's Full Review: Diabetes Cure: A Natural Plan That Can Slow, Stop,... |
I found this book at Amazon.com and read about it on the site. It sounded like something I would be interested in as I have suspected for some time that I have diabetes. I read the intro under the category "read an excerpt from the book". Next day I went to the library and found it there. I brought it home and read the entire book thanking God the whole time I didn't pay $17.95 for it online. The jest of his entire program is in the intro and first 2 chapters. The rest of the book contains info one could get anywhere, and everyone probably already knows. There were a few chapters on the importance of exercise. A chapter or two on eating a well-balanced diet. The rest of the book was the same. So save yourself $17 or $18 and get some Citrimax and Chromium Pic. or just read about in at Amazon.com, but don't waste your money on the book. As to if the program works or not, I can't say. I am giving it a try, but it is too early to tell. I just feel that the info he had in his book, one could have found anywhere on the web with a few searches.
