I agree, but, you have to consider my daughter was doing a report for school, and it was a requirement for her to address the issue.
I like low lying buildings myself, always have.

Leah, thanks for all the information.
Congratulate your daughter for me. She taught me a lot that I didn't know about Anthrax and terrorism. It was very well thought out and wonderfully written.
