I have made several purchases from TableAndHome and each transaction has been more than satisfactory - excellent in all respects. I particularly appreciate the timely shipment of items, as I've often experienced delays in shipping from other sites.
I did notice, in the past, that TableAndHome sent a confirming e-mail at the time of shipment, together with the tracking number. With this most recent order I did not receive such an e-mail (although there is every possiblity it was sent and accidentally deleted), but I was able to find the information on the website. (I may have received a confirmation the order was shipped without the tracking number). In any case - it is very handy to know when the order is shipped, by what means, and to have the tracking information.
I'v been very pleased with your services and offer the above comments only in a constructive sense. As indicated, it could well have been an error at this end (it wouldn't be the first e-mail I've accidentally deleted) but I did want to stress how much the confirming e-mails are appreciated and the value to the customer.
I think the major point is the timely shipment of items. In each of the several instances where I've made purchases on TableAndHome the orders have gone out when estimated. These are normally gifts for some occassion - such as Christmas or a birthday - and in choosing a shipment method I am cognizant of the date of order and the date of the event. I've had numerous experiences on other sites where orders have not been shipped for several days, which tends to make selection of shipping methods difficult and/or results in late arrivals of gifts.
