They will overcharge you and it is almost impossble to get it right.

I purchased a grill on HD.com for a clearance price of $199. The original price was $399 so I thought I was getting a good deal.
Everything was great. I received the grill in only 5 days after ordering and it was a quality product. Too bad HD.com charged me $400 instead of the $200.
As I type, I am on hold with their terrible customer service department. When they put you on hold, there is a message that says that the wait time is around 1 hour!!!
I am probably going to file this with my state attorney's office. There are many folks in the same boat I am in, and they still have not fixed the problem after 7 days of people calling to complain.
Their online store is a scam.
