I had the best experience I could have through Quicken Loans. Not only were they helpful, knowledgeable and experienced, they called me throughout my entire process letting me know the status of my loan over the phone and through email. My loan officer and my loan processor were the best people I had the pleasure working with here at Quicken Loans. And to top it all off my loan was ready to close 2 weeks ahead of my closing date. I was able to access my documents to look over well before my closing date which allowed me to ask all questions and make the day of my closing even that more smooth. I had the best experience I ever could have compared to my friends and family who went with a different company. I love this product because it gives me low monthly payment and more control over my personal finances since it allows me to add to my principal when I want to not when I have to. I also was a first time home buyer so not putting any money down was a huge key factor for me. I was able to use a down payment to buy furniture instead of putting it towards the home itself. Huge bonus! I would recommend Quicken Loans to all of my family, friends and my NEW neighbors!
