This is my second experience with TigerDirect. The first time I had a hard time with OnRebate...horrible service...but I called TigerDirect and they gave me the rebate directly no questions asked. Talk about backing your customers up. I didn't hesitate making this purchase, and I won't hestiate in the future. It's great when you have low prices, but when you have great customer service, that's something most companies fall short of...not Tiger.
