The company I work for uses American Express One for most of our business travel. With an on-sight facility, we have used American Express One for our arrangement of flights and car rental services. Headed by a team of four supervisors, American Express One has handled the flight provisions of several on and off-sight employees and associates. This company has over 11,000 travel agents throughout the United States. American Express One is ranked as one of the top business travel firms.
American Express One goes above and beyond the required customer service skills. In my experience, they have provided excellent service and professionalism for my company. Using their toll-free phone number, I was able to book my flight with ease. They arranged my fights and within twenty-four hours, they even sent me my flight manifest and the e-ticket for boarding. I was assigned an as a transportation coordinator, by the company I work at, for a recent weekend event. We invited numerous associates to a resort location and asked our guests to make their fights arrangements using American Express One. Many of them did. A number of weeks prior to our event, agents from American Express One were sending me the flight manifests of our associates. Also, they provided a listing of the flight arrangements, in order of date and time of arrivals and departures. This helped me with my responsibilities of arranging ground transportation for our company's associates. When asking our associates for feedback regarding their arrangements, all of them said that they had no problem with using American Express Once. Their service was professional, prompt, and accommodating to us.
The only downfall to using American Express One was their hours of operation. Although they have twenty-four hour service, with our company, American Express One operators only work nine to five, Eastern Time. Some of our associates were unable to call and speak with an operator during off working hours. Also, there was no web site or e-mail communication as an option. However, I think American Express One did a great job. We had almost sixty associates using American Express One to arrange their flights. Everyone received his or her manifest and tickets in a timely manner. Again, I was provided with a list of all flight arrangements for my job, handling the ground transportation. American Express One provided a great service to us. I recommend using American Express One for your business travel arrangements.
