I have used AT&T for about a year. They were really good at the store I bought it from. They were very helpful and pleasant. The service has been great. It has had a few problems being without a digital signal, but not very often. The plan I have is good. It is very competitive with the other services. They changed my plan on the fly to save me money when my bill got over $500 one month. The next month it was about $100. I have no problems with them at all.

I used several other services before that were terrible. Especially Ameritech. They were nasty on the phone when I had a billing problem - their fault. I used another service that was OK, but more money than AT&T. AT&T's phone was also better.
