I just got off the phone with these bozo's. I can confirm every complaint regarding them. This is the sleaziest form of sales tactics I've been threatened with in my life. They did the whole, "You've made a great choice in camera sir, but did you know the battery only lasts 30 minutes?". Of course, I said I would so some research on my own regarding the battery and then I asked about memory. He quoted me some ridiculous price of $70.00 bucks for a 128 mb stick when I already knew I could 512mb for less than $40.00. At this point I asked him to just fill the camera order and that I would worry about the rest later. He then abruptly said, "Well, if you don't buy the battery or the memory then your order is cancelled", and hung up. Well of course, I'm scratching my head at this point because I can't comprehend how any company can be in business with sales tactics like this so I call back. Amazingly enough I get the same guy on the phone (because he's probably the only goofball there) and I say why did you hang up on me? He says, "Because you're wasting my time. You say you want to research the battery and the memory but won't buy. It's a waste of my time". I say but I want to buy a camera and he says no, at which point I tell him just to cancel the order and I hang up on him. So the lesson here kids, if it sounds to good to be true... do some research before committing to a purchase on-line. I am purchasing the same camera for a bit more money, but the peace of mind that it is a reputable company is well worth the price. So Wawa Watch out!!
