Pros: It has a camera, comes free sometimes with a signed contract.
Cons: read review, there are just too many to list in this little spot.
The Bottom Line: With the thousands of phones out there to choose from there has got to be a better one than this. So buy a different one.

This phone is absolutely the worst phone. My husband and my mom have this phone and it is a piece of crap. Most phones you can open up and follow the menu in it and pretty much figure out how to use it. This phone's menu is the worst I have ever seen. It just has nothing in it to guide you through the menu so you can use it. The volume button is on the side along with a silencing button, so whenever you pick the phone up to answer it you can silence it without meaning to. Also the same with the volume, what a stupid place to put the volume button, right where you are holding onto it, so you can mess the volume up on it at any given time. The camera takes awful pictures. I'm not sure how good the pictures are supposed to be on a camera phone so this may be normal. But the pictures are fuzzy and distorted looking. And it is very hard to snap the picture without moving the phone, so it is never completely centered. Whenever I have tried to use my mom's phone to take a picture and e-mail it to my husband, it is impossible to figure out. I have to call him first and have him remind me how you are supposed to do it and have him walk me through it. I absolutely hate this phone and get extremely aggravated every time I have to use it. My phone doesn't have a camera, so I use my mom's sometimes to take pictures of my son to e-mail my husband at work. There have got to be better phones than this. I would have the sales person open this phone and let you go through the menu and try to use this phone before you buy it. I would not want to sign a 2 year contract and be stuck with this phone for 2 years.
