Twice in my two years with Century-Host, I have had my site go down for prolonged periods of time. They were accidents made on behalf of the people at Century-Host. But, other than that, Century-Host has been very good for me.

Century-Host is good for those who do no won't to wait. I have had a lot of questions for the customer support at Century-Host, and believe it or not, I have gotten answers via e-mail in minutes. I have never once had a question not answered within 24 hours. With the three hosts I have used, they are by far the most prompt to your questions.

Century-Host offers a lot of features for their clients, but they don't offer an easy way to use these features. They don't offer a control panel to setup e-mail addresses or to manage ftp accounts. Most everything you want to add has to be done through someone on the hosting side. But, they get things done quickly. I think most everything I have ever wanted done has been completed within 24 hrs. Along with this, they offer one $20 package which is 500 megs with unlimited transfer. They offer a variety of features such as ftp accounts, subdomains, real audio/video, chat rooms, secure server, and much more. Once you get used to the Century-Host has things setup, you will be able to run your website smoothly without the use of a control panel. It would be nice to have one though.
