When I think of customer service and the importance of it in business today, I look for several things from a company. First, communication is the key to a good experience. Knowing what was going on with my loan and when it was going on felt really good to me. Second, a company with people that bend over backwards for customers. Quicken Loans did exactly that, they arranged everything for the closing. I only had to provide them with some financial paper work and sign the application. The third thing that impressed me about Quicken Loans is the Technology that they use. I could actually sign my application online through their website, that's impressive. The closing was tremendously quick. We were in and out in 45 minutes. The closing for our other home took almost 2 hours.
So I would highly recommend Quicken Loans because of their communication to their customers, because they bend over backwards for customers, their technology and the speed of the closing. They have definately exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone looking to refinance or get a new mortgage. Quicken Loans has earned the number 1 spot for online mortgage brokers and they definately deserve it.
