Most DVD rental review sites are paid advertisers!! SCAMS!!

Company advertised 3 out at a time for BOTH DVD movies and games. They never sent me a game even though I had 14 game titles at the top of my queue. All they sent were movies and to make up for NOT sending the games I was paying extra for in my membership price they sent more MOVIES!! Then, when I started inquiring about CANCELLING my membership I got the run around. Per their OWN terms of agreement which can be found on their website at www.intelliflix.com at the bottom of the page under "TERMS", they are supposed to IMMEDIATELY close your account and refund the UNUSED portion of your annual membership. They kept sending me movies and never did cancel my membership nor process a refund- UNTIL I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD and DISPUTED the entire amount. There are NO phone numbers to call to speak with anyone at Intelliflix. The only way to contact them is thru email "tickets" they rarely respond to, and if they do, they don't respond to the problem, they just say they are passing it along to another department and you never hear back. I consider this FRAUD!!! I hope they get shut down SOON for their deceptive advertising on their website! I never received a game, not one single lousy 3 or 4 year old game on my list- just movies, and never the movies at the top of my list. When my credit card called them at their secret phone number Wendy with Intelliflix spoke with me. She told me my refund amount would be the full amount less the $10 early cancellation fee, less one month at the 3 out movies AND GAMES price. When I told her I NEVER received a game and should only be charged the 3 out movie rate ($8 less), she told me "she was not authorized to do that". Basically I got screwed and had no recourse. From the looks of the BBB site and several online review sites, Intelliflix is on a crash-and-burn course. Apparently they intend to take their unsuspecting customers with them. What a crock. Even Consumer Reports pulled their original review of the company because they got so BAD!! This company needs a good looking into by the Florida Attorney General's office, and, a good class action lawsuit brought against them!!!
