I love Hallmark. I have been a Gold Crown Points Member (loyalty program) member since 1994. My family and friends are well aware of my loyalty to Hallmark products as they can attest to the number of cards and gifts they have received with the Hallmark name on them. Having said that...I have been very unhappy about my two experiences with Hallmark Flowers. The first item, a Valentine gift of a mini-rose plant that I sent to my mother arrived with the buds all dried up. My mother and I guess that this was the result of the plant being left on the porch to freeze in the Nebraska winter weather until my mother arrived home from work. I complained and a new plant
in fact 2 new plants
I think the 2 plants was an error on the part of the rep as she seemed like a newbie to phone customer service
anyhow, 2 new plants arrived and they arrived in the same condition as the first. Was it the freezing weather that prevailed when the second plants arrive or bad plants
who knows? Wanting to give Hallmark Flowers a second chance since I am such a loyal Hallmark customer, I placed another order. This time, two identical rose bouquets. One for my mother and one for my mother-in-law for Mothers Day. Again, disappointment! This time the flowers to both locations, one in Nebraska and one in Wisconsin, arrived with the heads all drooping and they never bloomed! Ugh
I was told the vase was nice though. This time, like most customers, I did not complain. I just dont recommend Hallmark Flowers.
