Voicestream has set the bar for all the other service providers. I bought my phone, a nokia 6190 in September of 1999 with a total of 600 anytime minutes for 39.95 a month. I upgraded my phone a year later to the Nokia 8290 with 600 anytime minutes and 2000 weekend minutes. Did I mention that the 2000 weekend minutes you can call anywhere in the country!! The home calling area includes All of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Utah. There Customer Service is the best around. The old saying "the customer is always right" is in play here. If your a city dweller like I am you should have no problem with your signal. I have only been dropped twice.
