CellularOne in NW PA is horrible. They have failed to provide adequate tower coverage, so the reception is horrible. There is constant static on the phone and it fades in and out randomly. More often than not, you become completely disconnected from the person you are talking to. It seems that even if you are on top of a hill, you cannot get good reception! Frequently, you get no signal at all, or it fades out as you drive. It is more of a pain than it is a convenience. I don't know about the other providers in the area, but CellOne fails to provide good coverage. And they make no apologies about it either.
